The Westfalia KSA 6-01-076 cream cheese separator plant, 316SS, is engineered for high-efficiency separation processes, making it an ideal choice for dairy manufacturers looking to enhance their production capabilities. With a maximum bowl speed of 7500 RPM, this separator is designed to handle input rates of up to 2000 KPH, ensuring that it can efficiently process large volumes of cream cheese. The robust 7.5 KW motor operates at 380/3/50/1450 RPM, providing the necessary power to maintain optimal performance under demanding conditions. The inclusion of tools, controls, and a counter pressure valve ensures that operators can easily manage the separation process, while the collecting tank and screw pump facilitate smooth operation and product transfer. The unitized design on a skid with a bowl crane allows for easy installation and mobility within the production facility, making it a versatile addition to any dairy processing line.

The heater skid, which was newly installed in 2007, features a balance tank, plate heat exchanger, and whey cooler, all designed to maintain the quality and temperature of the cream cheese during processing. The de-aeration vessel, equipped with an agitator and insulation, further enhances the efficiency of the system by minimizing air incorporation, which is crucial for achieving the desired texture and consistency in cream cheese products. All necessary piping, valves, and flow meters are included, along with comprehensive manuals and a user-friendly touch screen control panel that simplifies operation and monitoring. With its 1972 vintage and subsequent rebuild in 2007, this separator plant is in excellent condition and ready to deliver reliable performance for years to come.
