Special design with hermetic cream outlet (no pump) for cold skimming, therefore the cream is discharged without damaging the fat globules, even at low temperatures. 26 KW motor 460/3/60/1750 RPM, sludge cyclone, water valves, constant pressure valve 3 bar, monometer on outlet, base frame, tools and PLC control panel. 2003 vintage. Will be reconditioned to "as new" with 6 month full mechanical warranty. Located in Europe.
